【Abstract】 Based on the analysis of the necessity of the establishment of the subject librarian system in libraries of vocational colleges under the "dual high-level plan"background,this paper probes into the issue in the following five aspects of the personnel introduction and training,the operating mechanism of the subject librarian system,the pilot service of the subject librarian,the popularization of the subject librarian system and the optimization of the service mode of the subject librarian.
