儿茶酚基聚氨酯/海藻酸钠凝胶的制备及性能
Preparation and Performance of Catechol-based Polyurethane/Sodium Alginate Hydrogels
【摘要】 儿茶酚类化合物具备化学多功能性,易与金属离子形成有效的配位化合物,在工业环境、分析及生物医疗等领域有广泛的应用前景。本研究设计合成了含儿茶酚基团的扩链剂LysineDopa与聚合物PU-Dopa,并使用傅里叶变换红外光谱、核磁共振氢谱等技术手段进行表征。通过儿茶酚与金属离子的螯合作用,制备聚氨酯/海藻酸钠(PU/SA)金属螯合水凝胶。溶胀度测试表明Ni2+、Ca2+金属螯合水凝胶的溶胀性能优于Fe3+、Al3+、Cu2+和Co2+复合凝胶;力学性能测试显示Co2+、Ni2+复合凝胶的拉伸断裂强度与断裂伸长率均大于Fe3+、Al3+、Cu2+和Ca2+复合凝胶;流变分析PUDopa-SA金属螯合水凝胶具备网络结构,各复合凝胶的储能模量对比Fe3+>Al3+>Cu2+>Ca2+。当PU-Dopa/SA配比为50/50时,复合水凝胶的性能较优。此外,PU-Dopa-SA与金属离子的配位形式随pH值改变而转变,当pH值呈弱酸性或中性时,水凝胶的溶胀性最好。该类聚合物及凝胶可应用于吸附、分离、涂层及生物医药等领域。
【Abstract】 Catechol groups possess great chemical versatility and are easy to coordinate with metal ions to form compounds.Herein,a chain extender Lysine-Dopa and polymer PU-Dopa containing catechol groups were synthesized and charactered by FTIR and 1 H-NMR.Metal chelate polyurethane/sodium alginate hydrogel was prepared to study its swelling and mechanical properties.Swelling performance of Ni2 +and Ca2+metal chelate hydrogels are better than that of Fe3+,Al3 +,Cu2+,Co2+composite hydrogels.Mechincal tests confirm that the tensile strength and elongation at break of Co2+and Ni2+composite hydrogels are greater than those of other four hydeogels.PU-Dopa-SA/Fe3+hydrogel performs the best in terms of the storage modulus compared with other hydrogels.With the mass ratio of PU-Dopa/SA 50/50,the hydrogels has the best comprehensive performance.In addition,pH value affected the coordination form of PU-Dopa-SA hydeogels.When pH is weak acidic or neutral,hydrogels has the best swelling property.This kind of polymer and hydrogels have potential application in coating,adsorption,separation and biomedical fields.
