纳米硫SBS复合改性沥青的流变性质与微表构造
Rheological Property and Surface Structure of SBS Compound Modified Asphalt with Nano Sulfur
【摘要】 纳米材料因其优异的技术特性逐渐应用于道路工程领域,尤其在道路沥青改性方面引起了研究者的普遍关注。为了进一步提升改性沥青的路用性能,采用多种材料对其进行复合改性是行之有效的技术手段。本文采用不同结构类型的SBS改性剂和纳米硫粉,制备纳米硫SBS复合改性沥青,分析纳米硫掺量对改性沥青的基本技术指标和流变性质的影响;并采用原子力显微镜观测纳米硫SBS改性沥青的表面形貌,探测其复合改性机理。研究结果表明:纳米硫可以通过交联作用改善SBS改性剂与沥青界面的稳定性,有助于沥青-改性剂新胶体体系的形成,提高两者之间的相容性;同时,纳米硫还可改善沥青中极性组分的分布,显著提升沥青的高温稳定性及粘聚性。研究结果为纳米硫SBS复合改性沥青的推广应用提供了重要参考。
【Abstract】 Nano-materials have been applied gradually in road engineering because of their excellent technical characteristic,especially in the modification of road performances.In order to improve the technical performance of modified asphalt,it is an effective technical mean to prepare compound modified asphalt with different materials.In this paper,the compound modified asphalt was prepared using SBS modifier with different structure and nano sulfur,and then the influences of nano sulfur content on the basic technical indexes and rheological properties of modified asphalt were analyzed.Furthermore,the compound modified mechanism was explored by characterizing the surface morphology of SBS compound modified asphalt with nano sulfur using the atomic force microscopy(AFM).Results indicate that the interface stability between SBS modifier and asphalt can be improved by the cross-link effect of nano sulfur,which can contribute to the formation of the new asphalt-modifier colloidal system and also enhance their compatibility.Moreover,the distribution of polar components in asphalt can be changed for nano sulfur,so the high temperature stability and internal cohesiveness of asphalt are significantly improved.Research results will provide an important reference for the application of SBS compound modified asphalt with nano sulfur.
