喷涂法制备MA1-xCsxPbI3掺杂有机无机杂化钙钛矿薄膜
Preparation of MA1-xCsxPbI3 Organic-Inorganic Hybrid Perovskite Thin Films by Spray Deposition
【摘要】 利用喷涂成膜法,通过优化基底温度、溶剂组成、溶液浓度等条件,得到当基底温度为130℃,溶液体系为纯DMF(N,N-二甲基甲酰胺),钙钛矿质量分数为20%时的掺杂有机无机杂化钛薄膜(MA1-xCsxPbl3),所制备出的MA1-xCsxPbI3展现出最优的薄膜质量、光吸收性能,晶粒尺寸较大且均匀致密。X射线衍射分析结果表明,喷涂法制备的MA1-xCsxPbI3薄膜可在x达到0.20下仍观测不到杂相(CsPbI3)。通过对薄膜的形貌分析和光学特性分析可知,MA0.9Cs0.1PbI3具有晶粒尺寸大、可见光吸收性能好的特性。制备得到的MA0.9Cs0.1PbI3薄膜较MAPbI3薄膜的热稳定性有所提高。
【Abstract】 Through optimizing the substrate temperature,solvent composition,solution concentration and other conditions,doped organic-inorganic hybrid perovskite(MA1-xCsxPbI3)films were produced by spray-coating method.Under the condition of 130℃ substrate temperature,solution system with pure DMF(N,N-Dimethylformamide)and perovskite with 20% mass fraction,the films show optimal thin film quality and light absorption performance,large-size and uniform crystal grains.Based on the X-ray diffraction(XRD)results,the MA1-xCsxPbI3 films prepared by spray-coating exhibit a pure phase with x ≤ 0.2.Judging from the morphology and optical properties of the films,MA0.9Cs0.1PbI3 has the characteristics of large-size crystal grains and good absorption performance of visible light.Compared with MAPbI3 thin films,the MA0.9Cs0.1PbI3 thin films have been improved in thermal stability.
