【摘要】 本研究采用质性研究方法,招募并筛选出五位因地震导致下肢截肢的残疾人进行半结构化访谈,对访谈资料做誊录编码后,以截肢个体情绪适应理论为基础,以ICF为指引,从心理适应、身体适应、活动与参与三个层面对青少年时期经历地震截肢个体的社会适应过程进行探讨,发现地震截肢个体的社会适应大致分为四个阶段:恐惧与求生,身体适应与活动参与艰难;无法接受截肢,身体适应差,活动参与极大受限;接受截肢,身体适应提升,活动参与限制减少;适应截肢,身体损伤,活动参与部分客观限制永久。更多还原

【Abstract】 To investigate the social adaptation process of individuals with amputations of lower limbs caused by earthquakes in adolescence.A qualitative research method was used to recruit and screen five lower extremity amputated earthquake survivors for semi-structured interviews.Data were recorded,coded and analyzed using interpretive phenomenological analysis after the interview.Using ICF as a guideline and based on the theory of Emotional Adaptation Theory of Amputees in this study,the social adaptation process of amputated earthquake adolescent survivors was discussed from four aspects:physical adaptation,activity participation,social environment,and influencing factors.There are certain stages of adaptation,which are roughly divided into four stages:1.fear and survival,difficult physical adaptation and participation;2.unable to accept the fact of amputation,poor physical fitness;participation in activities is greatly restricted;3.accept the fact of amputation,increased physical fitness and reduced activity participation restrictions;4.adapted to amputation,physical strain,and objective restrictions on participation in activities conclusion:The social adaptation process of earthquake survivors with amputated lower limbs showed certain stage characteristics.Many factors affect the process of social adaptation.更多还原
