WSNs中基于凝聚法的信宿移动路径规划

【摘要】 为了均衡无线传感网络(WSNs)的能耗,提高网络寿命,提出基于层次聚类法的数据收集(HADC)算法:利用无监督学习的层次凝聚法产生驻留点,即移动信宿所遍历的位置,信宿沿着驻留点位置移动,并收集其他节点数据;然后依据层次聚类产生簇,再优化簇的个数;最后将每个簇的中心位置作为驻留点位置,进而优化移动信宿的移动路径,降低能耗。仿真结果表明,HADC算法能够有效减少节点能耗,并延长网络寿命。

【Abstract】 In order to balance the energy consumption of Wireless Sensor Networks(WSNs) and prolong the network life, the paper proposed the Hierarchical Agglomerative-based Data Collecting(HADC) algorithm: the hierarchical aggregation method of unsupervised learning was used to generate the residence points which are the locations traversed by mobile accommodation, and the data of other nodes were collected by the accommodation which moves along the location of the residence points; then clusters were generated according to the hierarchical clustering, and the number of clusters was optimized; finally the center position of each cluster was taken as the residence point location, so as to optimize the moving path of mobile accommodation and reduce the energy consumption. Simulational result showed that the proposed method could efficiently reduce the energy consumption of nodes and extend the network life.
