【摘要】 近年来,测绘项目归档量激增,呈现出海量性、多样化等新特点,对测绘档案管理工作提出了新的要求。本文结合这些新特点与新要求,介绍了国家测绘档案业务管理系统的设计与实现方法,包括核心业务流程、系统数据库、系统框架、系统功能的设计和实现等。同时总结了可持续测绘档案业务平台构建、线上线下兼容式档案数据管理及基于二维平面布局图的档案库房建模等技术创新点。更多还原

【Abstract】 In recent years,new requirements have been raised for the management of surveying and mapping archives as its increasing volume and types.To solve this problem,we develop a new framework for the national surveying and mapping archives management system.This article introduces the design and implementation of the core business process,the database,framework and functions of the system.New technologies have been developed such as the construction of the sustainable business platform,the management of online and offline archives and the warehouse modeling based on two-dimensional layout plan.更多还原
