基于多源时空数据的粤港澳大湾区建设用地扩张及动力机制研究
On the Construction Land Expansion and Dynamic Mechanism of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Based on Multi-source Spatiotemporal Data
【摘要】 粤港澳大湾区是我国快速城镇化的典型代表地区,是世界第四大湾区。作为我国开放程度最高、经济活力最强的区域之一,在国家发展大局中具有重要战略地位。深入研究粤港澳大湾区建设用地的扩张特征及动力机制,对于优化粤港澳大湾区的城镇化布局和形态,推进我国高质量新型城镇化发展具有重要意义。以粤港澳大湾区为研究对象,通过综合遥感技术、统计分析及地理信息系统空间分析方法研究粤港澳大湾区1985~2017年的建设用地时空变化特征;并结合数字高程模型、社会经济数据、交通路网信息等分析建设用地扩张的驱动机制。研究结果可为粤港澳大湾区的城市规划及可持续发展提供科学支持,并为其他特大城市群的高质量发展规划提供参考。
【Abstract】 The Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area (GBA) is a typical area of rapid urbanization in China,and is the fourth largest bay area in the world.As one of the regions with the highest level of openness and the strongest economic vitality in China,GBA plays a very important role in national development.Study on the spatio-temporal characteristics and dynamic mechanism of construction lands of GBA is of great significance to optimizing urban layout and form,and promoting the high-quality development of new urbanization in China.In this study,the spatio-temporal characteristics of construction lands in GBA from 1985 to 2017 are studied using the methodologies of remote sensing,statistical analysis,and geographic information system.The digital elevation model,socio-economic data,and transportation road networks are involved in exploring the dynamic mechanism of changes in construction lands.Results provide scientific supports for urban planning and sustainable development of GBA,and also shed light on the high-quality development plan of other urban agglomerations.
