【Abstract】 Taking the promotion of legal governance, cooperative governance of the illegal construction as the guidance, based on the relevant theories of administrative rule of law and public governance, on the basis of the analysis of the basic characteristics of the illegal construction of Guangzhou and the existing regulations, organizational system and operating mechanism of illegal construction and managementand the existing problems, this paper probes into ways and methods to curb the new illegal construction with the comprehensive application of administrative compulsion, administrative punishment, chief executive responsibility system and other means to build a control system covering the streamline of discoverymanagement-investigation and punishment, to provide countermeasures and suggestions for the new illegal construction governance of Guangzhou.更多还原
