改进分水岭算法在TBM岩碴片识别与测量中的应用

【摘要】 针对岩石隧道掘进机(TBM)刀盘滚刀磨损实时监测的需要,提出了一种基于机器视觉系统的在线监测方式。通过实时监测输送带上的大尺寸岩碴片来实现间接监测滚刀磨损的目的,而不需要复杂昂贵的仪器。同时,改进了分水岭分割算法,并提出一种消除无效背景分割的方法,使其适用于岩碴片图像分割;并采用最小矩形拟合法测量岩碴片的长短轴尺寸。实验结果表明:所提方法能够快速准确地分割岩碴片,并完成尺寸的测量。总体上,算法稳定,能满足监测要求。

【Abstract】 Aiming at the need of real-time monitoring of hob wear in the tunnel boring machine( TBM),an online monitoring method based on machine vision system is proposed. Without the need for complex and expensive instruments,cutter wear is monitored by real-time monitoring of large-size rock on the conveyor belt. At the same time,the watershed segmentation algorithm is improved and a method to eliminate invalid background segmentation is also proposed to make it suitable for the image segmentation of rock ballast. The experimental results show that this method can segment the rock quickly and accurately and measure the size of the rock. In general,the algorithm is stable and can meet the monitoring requirements.
