高温压电振动传感器及陶瓷材料研究应用进展
Progress in research and application of high temperature piezoelectric vibration sensors and piezo ceramic materials
【摘要】 高温压电振动传感器是航空发动机健康管理系统振动状态测量的专用特殊传感器,高温压电陶瓷材料是其关键核心敏感元件。与普通传感器相比,由于应用环境复杂,对其在高温长时服役的可靠性与稳定性提出了更高要求。分别综述了航空发动机用高温压电振动传感器及其所用敏感元件压电陶瓷材料的国内外研究应用进展,并结合当前航空发动机振动测量需求对该特殊用途压电振动传感器及压电陶瓷材料的前景进行展望,以期为国内高温压电振动传感器及陶瓷材料的研制指明方向。
【Abstract】 High temperature piezoelectric vibration sensor is a special sensor for measuring the vibration state of aero-engine health management system,and the high temperature piezoceramic material is its key sensitive element. Compared with common sensors,due to complex application environment,higher requirement of longtime reliability and stability under high temperature vibration sensors is put forward. Recent developments of piezoelectric vibration sensors and piezoelectric ceramic materials are summarized respectively and prospected,which provides a direction for the development of piezoelectric vibration sensors and piezoelectric ceramic materials in our country.
