基于变尺寸涡流环模型的电涡流传感器仿真

【摘要】 提出一种具有距离依赖特性的变尺寸涡流环计算模型,研究了内外半径对距离的依赖关系并拟合得到尺寸修正计算公式。基于MATLAB软件编写数值仿真程序,分别采用固定尺寸和变尺寸涡流环模型仿真计算得到传感器输入输出曲线。为验证模型正确性,建立了电涡流传感器原理实验装置,实测得到传感器输入输出关系并与仿真结果进行了对照。研究结果表明:采用变尺寸涡流环模型的仿真结果精度更高。

【Abstract】 An eddy current ring computation model with variable size which has distance-depending property is proposed. The depending relationships between the inner radius and the outer radius,and the distance are calculated,respectively,and get the correcting formulas by fitting. In order to validate the new model,an eddy current sensor experimental device is built. Based on MATLAB,input and output curve of sensor is obtained by simulation and calculation by fitted size and variable size eddy current ring model. The input-output characteristic curves are both simulated with the two different models and compared with the experimental curve. It is proved that the eddy current ring model with variable size parameters has higher precision.
