基于改进点Hough变换的光纤探针微孔检测研究
Research of micro hole detection of fiber probe based on improved point Hough transform
【摘要】 研究了点Hough变换检测圆的算法原理,分析了点Hough变换圆参数的近似处理对精度的影响,进而提出了一种改进点Hough变换圆检测算法,可对计算得到的多组圆参数进行有效选择。仿真和实验研究表明:改进点Hough变换算法在圆心坐标检测上具有更高检测精度。并对直径为1 mm环规孔径进行测量分析,测量结果为0. 997 9 mm,表明基于接触式光纤探针微孔测量有着很好应用效果。
【Abstract】 The algorithm principle of point Hough transform used to detect circle is studied,and the effect of the approximate processing of circle parameters with point Hough transform on the precision is analyzed. Then,an improved point Hough transform circle detecting algorithm is proposed,which can be used to effectively select the calculated multi-group circle parameters. Simulation and experimental research show that the improved point Hough transform algorithm is more accurate in the circle center coordinate detection. The ring gauge with 1 mm diameter is measured and analyzed,and the measurement result is 0. 997 9 mm,it shows that contact-type fiberoptic probe micro hole measurement has good application effect.
