卟啉、卟啉衍生物、卟啉超分子与卟啉抗体及其应用
Porphyrin,porphyrin derivatives,porphyrin supermolecules,porphyrin antibodies and their applications
【摘要】 卟啉作为一种新型人工智能材料而受到研究人员的高度关注。卟啉具有刚柔性、分子识别、光敏特性和高度的化学稳定性,因此其被用于材料科学、化学催化和分子靶向药物输送系统等不同领域。当前,卟啉及其衍生物可以被加工成卟啉超分子并有望合成具有特异性识别功能的智能材料"卟啉抗体"。对卟啉分子的组成和结构特性以及应用进行系统梳理,然后从卟啉、卟啉衍生物、卟啉超分子、以及卟啉抗体四个层次进行了综述。
【Abstract】 As a new type of artificial intelligence material,porphyrin has been highly concerned by researchers.Porphyrins have rigidity,flexibility,molecular recognition,photosensitivity and high chemical stability,so they are used in different fields such as materials science,chemical catalysis and molecular targeting drug delivery systems.At present,porphyrins and their derivatives can be processed into porphyrin supramolecules and are expected to synthesize porphyrin antibodies,an intelligent material with specific recognition function. Composition,structural characteristics and applications of porphyrins are systematically reviewed. Then,porphyrins,porphyrin derivatives,porphyrin supramolecules and porphyrin antibodies are reviewed.
