基于电阻式薄膜压力传感器组的人体坐姿感知终端
Human body sitting posture sensing terminal based on resistive thin film pressure sensor groups
【摘要】 设计了一种基于端云结合技术框架的人体坐姿感知终端。采用电阻式薄膜压力传感器组,根据人体坐姿状态的腿部和臀部压力特征和测量区域进行布置,提出了一种复合限幅滤波方法,进行异常值滤除和平滑预处理,并定义了前后和左右轴倾两个系数,对预处理的压力数据进行降维。在云端构建了一种二层结构支持向量机的人体坐姿多分类算法,依据感知终端获取的轴倾系数,完成人体姿态的多分类计算,通过无线网络下发至感知终端。实验结果验证了所提算法的有效性。
【Abstract】 A human sitting posture sensing terminal is designed based on end-to-cloud combination framework. It is arranged according to the characteristics of pressure distribution of legs and buttocks as human is sitting,the groups of resistive pressure sensor and measurement areas. A composite filtering algorithm is proposed for outliers filtering and smoothing pretreatment. The axial tilting coefficient of front-rear and the left-right are defined to reduce the dimension of pretreated pressure data. A two-layer structure support vector machine( SVM) algorithm is constructed for multi-classification of sitting posture utilizing the axial tilt coefficients. The multi classifications calculation are achieved and sent down to the sensing terminals by wireless networks. The effectiveness of the proposed algorithm is validated by experimental results.
