基于应变式跳远测试二维力传感器的设计与性能测试
Design and Performance Test of Two-Dimensional Force Jump Test Based on Strain Sensor
【摘要】 设计了一种基于应变式的跳远测试二维力传感器并对其进行了性能测试。传感器弹性体单元采用工字结构,通过力学分析对弹性体进行设计和强度校核,运用有限元方法对弹性体结构进行应力和应变仿真,验证设计的合理性,确定了应变片的最佳布置方案和组桥方式。利用万能试验平台对传感器进行性能测试。测试结果表明,该传感器具有0~4 000 N的竖直力量程,线性度误差低于4.14%,迟滞误差低于1.63%。此传感器具有结构简单、成本低、便于安装,可靠性高等特点,在二维力测试领域具有广阔的应用前景。
【Abstract】 A two-dimensional strain force sensor for long jump test is designed and the performances are tested. The elastic body of the sensor adopts the I-type structure. By mechanical analysis,the elastic body is designed and the strength is checked. Through finite element method,the strain and stress of the elastic body are simulated and calculated. Based on the strain and stress statuses,the rationality of the design is verified and the suitable arrangement of strain gauges and the bridging forms are determined. The universal test platform is used to test the performance of the sensor. The test results show that the measurement range is in 0~4 000 N along the vertical direction with linearity error below 4.14% and hysteresis below 1.63%. The sensor has the characteristics of simple structure,low cost,easy to install and high reliability,and has a broad application prospect in the field of two-dimensional force testing.
