基于5G通信频段的微带贴片天线去耦结构的设计与研究
Design and Research on Decoupling Structure of Microstrip Patch Antenna Based on 5G Communication Band
【摘要】 针对工信部颁发的5G通信频段,设计了一个工作频点为4.85 GHz,带宽为200 MHz的微带贴片天线阵,并添加了一种T型金属片去耦结构。该结构在两个天线之间形成额外的耦合场,与天线间的直接耦合场形成对消,从而达到提高两个紧密相邻天线之间隔离度的目的。通过仿真模拟计算T型结构对相邻天线间的去耦能力,结果表明该结构可以有效提高两个天线之间的隔离度,以达到抑制耦合的目的,并且在-10 dB匹配带宽(200 MHz)下,隔离度可以达到36 dB,并且在4.85 GHz处测得的增益为6.2 dBi。
【Abstract】 For 5G communication frequency band issued by Ministry of industry and information technology,this paper designs a microstrip patch antenna array with working frequency of 4.85 GHz and bandwidth of 200 MHz,and adds a T-type metal strip decoupling structure. The structure forms an additional coupling field between the two antennas and cancels the direct coupling field between the two antennas,so as to improve the isolation between the two closely adjacent antennas. The simulation results show that the structure can effectively improve the isolation between the two antennas to achieve the purpose of restraining the coupling,and at-10 dB matching bandwidth(200 MHz),the isolation can reach 36 dB,and the gain measured at 4.85 GHz is 6.32 dBi.
