【摘要】 活血化瘀中药药对是以促进血行、通利血脉、消散淤血为主要作用的对子药。丹参药对(通常以丹参为君药)是临床上最常用的活血化瘀药对之一。针对主要丹参药对包括丹参-红花、丹参-丹皮、丹参-三七、丹参-葛根、丹参-黄芪、丹参-川芎、丹参-当归等的相关研究进展进行总结,以期为该类中药药对的进一步研究及其科学合理用药提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Herb pairs for activating blood and resolving stasis are a kind of traditional Chinese medicines mainly used to promote blood flow and circulation, and dissipate blood stasis.SalviaeMiltiorrhizae Radix et Rhizoma( SMR) herb pairs( SMR is mainly used as a monarch drug)are one of the most commonly used herb pairs for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis in clinics. In this paper, the research progress of SMR herb pairs, including SMRCarthamiFlos,SMR-Moutan Cortex,SMR-Notoginseng Radix et Rhizoma,SMR-PuerariaeLobatae Radix,SMR-Astragali Radix,SMR-Chuanxiong Rhizoma,and SMR-AngelicaeSinensis Radix,etc.,were summarized,in order to provide reference for the further study and rational use of these herb pairs.更多还原
