计及循环寿命的锂离子电池优化使用研究
Research on Optimization Use of Lithium-ion Battery Considering Cycle Life
【摘要】 提出了一种缩短锂离子电池荷电状态使用区间并降低荷电状态高端充电电流的锂离子电池使用方法。以25 Ah三元锂离子电池为研究对象,设计了所提优化使用方法与不考虑放电深度和充电电流的电池使用方法的对比循环寿命试验,从电池容量、Ah吞吐量两方面对比分析了2种试验结果。利用锂离子电池老化过程中容量增量曲线的变化特性分析了2种使用方法的电池循环寿命衰减特性,以证明所提锂离子电池使用方法的有效性和安全性。
【Abstract】 A method for shortening the use range of the state-of-charge of lithium-ion batteries and reducing charging current at the high-side of state-of-charge was proposed. The 25 Ah NCM/graphite lithium-ion battery was used as the research object,and a comparative cycle life test was designed between the proposed optimized method and the method without considering the depth of discharge and charging current. The test results were compared and analyzed from the aspects of the capacity and Ah throughput. The cycle life fading characteristics of the two methods was analyzed by using the variation characteristics of the incremental capacity curve during battery aging process of the lithiumion battery to prove the effectiveness and safety of the proposed method.
