吉林西部农业节水项目综合效益评价
The Integrated Benefit Evaluation of Agricultural Water-saving in Western Jilin Province
【摘要】 从经济效益、环境效益和社会效益3个方面选取了9个指标构建评价指标体系,采用突变理论的方法,对吉林省中西部灌区农业节水工程综合效益进行评价。结果表明:灌区农业节水工程节水效益明显,促进了农业生产和科技进步,改善了生态环境。
【Abstract】 Three evaluating elements and nine evaluating factors,including economic benefits,environmental benefits and social benefits are chosen to constitute the evaluation index system.The catastrophe theory is used in analyzing the integrated benefit evaluation of agricultural water-saving for irrigation district in Jilin Province.The results show that the agricultural water-saving irrigation project has significant water-saving benefits,promotes agricultural production and technological progress,and improves the ecological environment.
