【Abstract】 Three evaluating elements and nine evaluating factors,including economic benefits,environmental benefits and social benefits are chosen to constitute the evaluation index system.The catastrophe theory is used in analyzing the integrated benefit evaluation of agricultural water-saving for irrigation district in Jilin Province.The results show that the agricultural water-saving irrigation project has significant water-saving benefits,promotes agricultural production and technological progress,and improves the ecological environment.更多还原
