【摘要】 系统研究了新一代人工智能发展规划,并以吉林省为例,结合吉林省人民政府关于落实新一代人工智能发展规划的实施意见,对意见中确立的主要任务进行了解读,初步厘清了各项任务的内涵以及相互之间的关系。在此基础上,根据意见中的战略目标挖掘出两项核心任务并进行重点研究,最后提出核心任务有效实施的保障措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper has conducted an in-depth study of the new generation of artificial intelligence development plans,by taking Jilin Province as an example,combined with the implementation opinions by Jilin Provincial People’s Government on implementing the new generation of artificial intelligence development plans. It interprets the main tasks in the opinions,and simply clarifies the connotation of the various tasks and the relationship between them. On this basis,according to the strategic objectives in the opinions,two core tasks are excavated and as the focus research. Finally,some safeguard measures to ensure the effective implementation of the core tasks are proposed.更多还原
