【Abstract】 Starting from the educational advantages of the integration of"industry-university-research and practicetraining-innovation",taking the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial talents as the background and combining with the current situation and characteristics of the training mode of innovative and entrepreneurial talents in mechanical specialty,this paper puts forward an educational concept of "industry-university-research and practice-training-innovation"by taking students as the main body and teachers as the leading part,constructs a talent ability training mode for mechanical specialty under the pattern of"industry-university-research and practice-training-innovation",and explores the specific implementation measures of the mode for training innovative and entrepreneurial talents in mechanical specialty,so as to improve students’ innovative spirit,entrepreneurial consciousness and engineering practice ability.更多还原
