【摘要】 我国高等特殊教育率先在吉林省创建并带动全国发展起来,至今已有30多年的发展历史,在人才培养、科学研究、社会服务等方面均取得了令人瞩目的成就。在新的历史时期,面对激烈的社会竞争,吉林省的高等特殊教育面临新的机遇与挑战,在招生规模、资金投入、师资力量及学生就业等多方面都存在不同程度的问题。通过对当前高等特殊教育现状及问题的分析,提出相应的解决途径,助力吉林省高等特殊教育的发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Higher special education with more than 30 years of history,established in Jilin Province,has driven its development of the whole country and has made remarkable achievements in personnel training,scientific research and social services. In the new historical period,facing the fierce social competition,higher special education in Jilin Province is facing new opportunities and challenges. There are problems to certain extent in enrollment scale,capital investment,teachers and students’ employment. Through the analysis of the current situation and problems of higher special education,this paper puts forward the corresponding solutions to help the development of higher special education in Jilin Province.更多还原
