污泥活性炭去除废水COD工艺研究
Study on the Process of Removing COD from Wastewater by Sludge Activated Carbon
【摘要】 探究微波活化法制备的污泥活性炭对废水COD去除工艺条件。在采用单因素试验研究固液比、废水pH、温度和吸附时间对废水COD去除效果影响的基础上,利用正交试验优化污泥活性炭去除废水COD的最佳工艺条件。结果表明,在固液比为20 g·L-1、废水pH为7、温度为28℃、吸附时间为60 min时,污泥活性炭对废水COD的去除效果最佳,去除率可达76.59%。
【Abstract】 The removal of COD from wastewater by sludge activated carbon was studied. The effects of the ratio of sludge activated carbon dosage to wastewater volume, wastewater pH, temperature and adsorption time on COD removal were studied by single factor experiment, and the optimum process conditions for COD removal were optimized by orthogonal experiment. The results show that when the ratio of sludge activated carbon dosage to wastewater volume is 20 g·L-1, the pH of wastewater is 7, the temperature is 28 ℃, and the adsorption time is 60 min, the removal efficiency of sludge activated carbon to wastewater COD is the best, and the removal rate can reach 76.59%.
