【摘要】 我国基础教育改革正沿着素质教育的方向深入推进。与之相应,新时代教育评价改革要求学生评价破除"唯分数"的倾向,以改进结果评价、强化过程评价、探索增值评价、健全综合评价为改革目标。教师是学生评价的关键主体,其评价素养的高低决定着上述改革目标能否顺利实现,而目前我国中小学教师的评价素养不容乐观。笔者采用文献调研法,在全面检索相关重要文件、专著、学术期刊论文、学位论文等的基础上,分析开展中小学教师评价素养提升培训的必要性和迫切性,并从培训总体思路、培训课程内容、培训模式等方面提出建议,以期为相关培训的开展提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 The reform of basic education in China is oriented to quality education. Accordingly,the reform of educational evaluation in the new era requires that students shouldn’t be graded just according to their exam papers, which aims at shifting the focus from the students’ achievements to their learning processes while making the evaluation, exploring the ways of adding more value to the evaluation and setting up the perfect comprehensive evaluation system. Teachers are the mainstays while the evaluation is being carried out and whether they have evaluation literacy or not determines the achievement of the goals of the evaluation reform. However, the evaluation literacy of the primary and secondary school teachers is discouraging.By using the method of literature research,the information of important documents,books,academic journals,dissertations, etc,has been retrieved and the necessity and urgency of evaluation literacy training for primary and secondary school teachers have been stressed. As a result,some suggestions about overall planning of the training,the content of the courses and the training mode have been put forward as a source of reference for the training projects concerned.更多还原
