【Abstract】 In order to do a good job in the targeted training of environmental protection professionals in deeply impoverished counties in Sichuan, it is necessary to have a thorough understanding of the specific needs of local ecological and environmental protection departments for talents. By means of questionnaire survey, discussion and exchange, the talent demand of the "three states and one city"(namely Ganzi Prefecture, Aba Prefecture, Liangshan Prefecture and Leshan City) in Sichuan province was investigated, the research results were analyzed, and the implementation opinions on the directional training of environmental protection professional and technical personnel in the deep poverty areas were put forward.更多还原
