【摘要】 中医药在改善患者临床症状、提高生活质量、稳定或提高免疫功能、减少机会性感染发生率、延缓发病等方面具有显著的疗效。但随着现代医学高效联合抗反转录病毒治疗(HAART)范围不断扩大,中医药在后HAART时期如何发挥特色和优势,尤其是中医药联合HAART治疗HIV/AIDS的临床疗效如何客观评价是新时期中医药防治艾滋病的临床研究要点。文章通过对中医药防治HIV/AIDS疗效评价研究现状分析,结合中医药联合HAART治疗HIV/AIDS协同增效临床实践,提出构建中医药联合HAART治疗HIV/AIDS协同增效评价指标体系,以期更好的发挥中医药在艾滋病防治中的特色和优势。更多还原

【Abstract】 Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) has significant effects in improving patients’ clinical symptoms, improving the quality of life, stabilizing or improving the immune function, reducing the incidence of opportunistic infection, and delaying the onset of disease. However, with the continuous expansion of the treatment scope of highly active antiretroviral therapy(HAART) in modern medicine, how to play the characteristics and advantages of TCM in the post-HAART period, especially how to objectively evaluate the clinical efficacy of TCM combined with HAART in the treatment of HIV/AIDS is the clinical research focus of TCM in the prevention and treatment of AIDS in the new period. Through the analysis of the current situation of the efficacy evaluation of TCM in the prevention and treatment of HIV/AIDS, combined with the clinical practice of combining TCM with HAART in the treatment of HIV/AIDS, this paper proposes to construct the synergistic evaluation index system of combining TCM with HAART in the treatment of HIV/AIDS, so as to better play the characteristics and advantages of TCM in the prevention and treatment of AIDS.更多还原
