【摘要】 目的:探索PCOS合并痤疮患者的中医体质分布特点以及临床特征,并研究中医体质分布情况。方法:333例PCOS合并痤疮患者填写中医证候量表、中医体质量表,分析患者中医体质、中医证型中体质分布情况,及其主要中医体质类型的临床性激素、糖脂代谢指标水平。结果:333例PCOS患者中,平和质所占比较高为40.5%,其次为气虚质、血瘀质、湿热质等。4种不同中医证型进行9种体质分布:其中血瘀质,在4种中医证型中分布具有明显差异(P<0.05)。平和质、气虚质、血瘀质、湿热质4种体质间比较,气虚质较湿热质BMI、体质量、舒张压增加(P<0.05);气虚质较平和质体质量明显降低(P<0.05)。结论:PCOS合并痤疮患者的中医体质可能是导致不同中医证型的重要影响因素。平和质在PCOS合并痤疮患者中占比最多,但是临床指标中,气虚质倾向于较重的糖脂代谢异常。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the characteristics of TCM constitution distribution and clinical characteristics of polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS) patients with acne, and to study the distribution of TCM constitution. Methods: A total of 333 PCOS patients with acne were recruited, and filled in TCM syndrome scale and TCM constitution scale. The distribution of TCM constitution and TCM syndromes, the levels of sex hormone and metabolic gene were analyzed in PCOS with acne. Results: Among the 333 PCOS patients, the proportion of peace constitution was 40.5%, followed by qi deficiency, blood stasis and damp heat constitution. There were 9 kinds of constitution distribution in 4 different TCM syndrome types: Blood stasis had obvious difference in 4 TCM syndrome types(P<0.05). There were significant differences in BMI, body weight and diastolic bloodpressure between the four constitutions(P<0.05). There were significant differences in body weight between qi deficiency constitution and peace constitution(P<0.05). There were significant differences in bodyh weight between qi deficiency constitution and peace constitution(P<0.05). Conclusion: TCM constitution type of PCOS patients with acne may be an important influencing factor of syndrome types of different PCOS patients with acne. Peace quality accounts for the largest proportion of PCOS patients with acne. However, the levels of glucose and lipid in qi deficiency constitution of PCOS patients with acne were more serious.更多还原
