【摘要】 运用《中华医典》对天癸一词进行系统检索,查找出历代中医医籍对天癸的记载,分析不同医家对天癸的叙述,总结出天癸的含义主要有天真说、精气精血说、经水说等;天癸所藏之处主要有肾、脑、命门、任脉等;结合论述分析了天癸的阴阳属性;其所主有冲任脉、肝、肾等。并将不同论述进行归纳分类,系统梳理历代医家对天癸的不同认识及其意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Using the Chinese Medical Code to systematically search for the reproduction-stimulating essence,find out the records of the traditional Chinese medicine medical records on it,and analyze the narratives of different doctors on ’reproduction-stimulating essence’.Summarizing the meaning of reproduction-stimulating essence is mainly naive theory,qi and blood theory,water theory,etc..Reproduction-stimulating essence is mainly hidden in the kidney,brain,life gate,Renmai,etc..The yin and yang properties of reproduction-stimulating essence are analyzed in combination with the discussion.It is dominated by Chongrenmai,liver and kidney,etc..The different discourses are classified and systematically sorted out,and the different understandings and meanings of reproduction-stimulating essence from previous generations of doctors aresystematically combed.更多还原
