【摘要】 文章在分析中医病因型模型、现代医学病理型模型和中西医病证结合模型3种中医证候模型的优缺点的基础上,总结形成"中医证候模型质量评价表",并对动物实验研究报告规范(ARRIVE)指南清单进行了基于中医证候模型特点的条目补充;提出应基于此对现有中医证候模型进行细化分类与评价,以期揭示"证因"与模型生物表征、客观指标的可能对应关系,深化现有理念下中医证候模型的研究。进而总结出该组症状在模型所表达的与人类哪个证的中医临床意义相似或相同,内涵相同则证候命名一致。同时,可仿照中医临床研究,实现临床试验与中兽医之间的密切合作,制定良好的"动物病证"纳入和排除标准,招募"动物病例",开展基于临床试验设计模式的"动物中医证候临床研究",或许可以拿出更有意义、更切合临床实际的临床数据和中医证候客观指标,提升中医证候模型从定位基础到模拟临床的广度和深度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of three kinds of TCM syndrome models of TCM etiology model,modern medical pathological model and Western medicine syndrome model,this paper summarizes the ’TCM syndrome model quality evaluation’ form and lists the ARRIVE guidelines.The supplementary items based on the characteristics of TCM syndrome model are added.It is proposed that the existing TCM syndrome model should be classified and evaluated based on this price,in order to reveal the possible correspondence between the ’revelation factor’ and the model biological representation and objective indicators.There is a study of the TCM syndrome model under the concept.Furthermore,it is concluded that the clinical symptoms of this group of symptoms expressed in the model is similar or identical to those of the human syndrome.If the connotations are the same,the syndromes are named consistently.At the same time,it can follow the clinical research of TCM,realize the close cooperation between clinical trials and Chinese veterinarians,formulate a good ’in animal disease syndrome’ inclusion and exclusion criteria,recruit ’animal cases’,and carry out ’clinical research of animal TCM syndrome’ based on clinical trial design mode.’Clinical research’ may provide more meaningful and clinically relevant clinical data and objective indicators of TCM syndromes,and enhance the breadth and depth of the TCM syndrome model from the positioning basis to the simulation.更多还原
