【Abstract】 TCM master ZHENG Xin has been a doctor for more than 50 years and has excellent medical skills.In the long-term clinical practice of nephropathy,the treatment of nephrotic syndrome has been well-recognized.His thought of ’Three kinds of pathogenesis of kidney disease’ is the basic pathogenesis of nephrotic syndrome,and the pathogenesis is fundamentally in the kidney,which is restricted in the spleen,and its related factors are in the lungs,so ’invigorating the kidney,tonifying spleen,and clearing lung’ should be taken as the basic treatment method.In the process of syndrome differentiation,it is clinical significance to focus on the pathogenesis factors such as kidney,spleen,lung.Doctor need to eliminating pathogen and strengthening vital qi during treatment,and pay attention to combination of disease and syndrome,take consideration of manifestation and root,which shows good clinical connection.更多还原
