【摘要】 目的:建立胃康宁颗粒中5种成分柚皮苷、新橙皮苷、黄芩苷、盐酸巴马汀及盐酸小檗碱的含量测定方法,为胃康宁颗粒的质量控制标准提供依据。方法:采用高效液相色谱法和Agilent Eclipse Plus C₁₈色谱柱（4.6mm×250mm,5μm）;流动相:乙腈（A）-0.1%磷酸溶液（B）;流速:0.8mL/min;检测波长为280nm。结果:建立的方法无阴性干扰,5种成分在50min内均达到良好的分离效果,标准曲线线性范围良好,r>0.9990（n=5）。加样回收率（n=6）平均值为97.30%～101.80%（RSD<2.72）。结论:该方法简便稳定,重复性好,可用于胃康宁颗粒的定量测定。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To establish a method for determination five components including:naringin,neohesperidin,baicalin,palmatine and berberine,providing the basis for the quality control standard of Weikangning Granules.Methods:High performance liquid chromatography （HPLC） and Agilent Eclipse Plus C₁₈ column （4.6mm×250mm,5μm） was used.Acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid solution was mobile phase flowing at 0.8mL/min.Detection wavelength was 280nm.Results:No negative interference was found in methods.Five components achieved good separation effect within 50 minutes.The standard curve had a good linear relationship,and r>0.9990 （n=5）.Average recovery rate （n=6） was 97.30%～101.80% （RSD<2.72）.Conclusion:The method is simple,stable and reproducible.It can be used for the determination of the contents ofWeikangning Granules.更多还原
