【Abstract】 Although there are many advantages in natural and social factors, there are also some problems to be solved. Facing great challenges at home and abroad, this paper puts forward some countermeasures to promote the sustainable development of ice and snow tourism in Heilongjiang Province. To standardize the ice and snow tourism market of Heilongjiang Province, purify the ice and snow tourism environment of Heilongjiang Province; to do a good job in the cultivation and introduction of ice and snow professionals; to play the core role of the market in the allocation of resources, to attract funds through multiple channels; to improve the level of information technology of ice and snow tourism in Heilongjiang Province; to deepen the cooperation of ice and snow tourism; to develop ice and snow tourism in Heilongjiang Province.
