【摘要】 航空业发展迅速,飞机已成为人们出门方便、快捷、安全、舒适的交通工具。航空服务的态度、服务的质量、服务的技巧等问题也越来越受到人们的重视。通过调查了解当前航空服务的现状,存在的问题,针对目前的发展状况,提出在高校航空服务礼仪实践教学过程中应该有针对性地进行课堂教学,培养高素质、高质量、高水平的优秀航空服务人员,以起到对航空业发展的推动作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 The rapid development of the aviation industry made the aeroplane become a convenient, fast, safe and comfortable means for people. Therefore, the aviation services have also become more and more important to people. Based on the investigation of the current status and the existing problems of aviation services, the paper proposed that classroom teaching should be targeted to cultivate high-quality and high-level aviation service personnels in the practical teaching of aviation etiquette services in colleges and universities, which is expected to promote the development of the aviation industry.更多还原
