软通道微创介入在高血压脑出血患者治疗中的应用
Application of soft channel minimally invasive intervention in the treatment of patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage
【摘要】 目的:研究软通道微创介入在高血压脑出血患者治疗中的应用效果。方法:选择2019年6月至2020年6月的72例高血压脑出血患者,根据不同术式将其分成软通道组与硬通道组各36例,软通道组行软通道微创介入治疗,硬通道组行硬通道微创介入治疗,对比两组患者的血肿量变化、神经功能(NIHSS评分)、日常生活自理能力(Rankin评分)、临床疗效以及并发症发生率(穿刺针道出血、应激性溃疡、颅内出血)。结果:软通道组治疗后的血肿量(10.93±4.76)mL,与硬通道组的(10.93±4.76)mL相近(P>0.05);软通道组治疗后的NIHSS评分(12.92±2.28)分,低于硬通道组的(15.63±1.87)分(P<0.05);软通道组治疗后的Rankin评分(2.18±0.84)分,高于硬通道组的(1.77±0.69)分(P<0.05);软通道组的总有效率高于硬通道组(P<0.05);软通道组的并发症发生率低于硬通道组(P<0.05)。结论:软通道微创介入在高血压脑出血患者治疗中的应用效果显著,可明显减少血肿量,改善患者的神经功能,提高其日常生活自理能力,且临床疗效的总有效率高,并发症发生率低,值得应用。
【Abstract】 Objective:To study the effect of soft channel minimally invasive intervention in the treatment of patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.Methods:72 patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage from June 2019 to June 2020 were selected and divided into soft channel group and hard channel group, with 36 cases each according to different surgical procedures. The soft channel group received soft channel minimally invasive interventional therapy. Hard-channel minimally invasive interventional therapy was performed in the hard-channel group. The changes in hematoma volume, neurological function(NIHSS score), self-care ability(Rankin score), clinical efficacy, and complication rate were compared between the two groups.(Needle puncture bleeding, stress ulcer, intracranial hemorrhage).Results:The volume of hematoma after treatment in the soft channel group was(10.93±4.76) mL, which was similar to(10.93±4.76) mL in the hard channel group(P>0.05); the NIHSS score of the soft channel group after treatment was(12.92±2.28) points, lower than the(15.63±1.87) points of the hard channel group(P<0.05); the Rankin score(2.18±0.84) of the soft channel group after treatment, higher than the(1.77±0.69) points of the hard channel group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the soft channel group was higher than that of the hard channel group(P<0.05); the complication rate of the soft channel group was lower than that of the hard channel group(P<0.05). Conclusion:The application of minimally invasive soft channel intervention in the treatment of patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage is effective, which can significantly reduce the amount of hematoma, improve the patient’s neurological function, and improve the ability of daily life self-care, and the total effective rate of clinical efficacy is high, and the incidence of complications is low,which is worth applying.
