MTHFR基因多态性与H型高血压临床特点的相关研究

【摘要】 目的:探讨呼伦贝尔地区MTHFR C677T基因多态性与Hcy等相关临床指标的关系。方法:纳入高血压伴高同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)血症203例,根据MTHFR C677T基因不同分型分成CC、CT、TT组,比较三组的人群一般特征、Hcy、空腹血糖、血脂、颈动脉彩超结果及治疗前后Hcy变化有无统计学差异。结果:TT组平均年龄为(53.2±12.6)岁,较其它两组小且存在统计学差异(P<0.05)。TT组Hcy水平相对较高,与CC组、CT组存在统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:呼伦贝尔地区CT基因型占H型高血压患者中的大多数;TT组患病人群年龄相对更小,Hcy水平相对更高,依叶片可有效降低Hcy水平。

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the relationship between MTHFR C677 T gene polymorphism and Hcy and other related clinical indicators in Hulun Buir. Methods:203 cases of hypertension with hyperhomocysteinemia were included and divided into Group CC, Group CT and Group TT according to different genotypes of MTHFR C677 T gene, with the general characteristics, Hcy, fasting blood glucose, blood lipids, the results of carotid artery color Doppler ultrasound and changes of Hcy after treatment compared. Results:The mean age of Group TT was(53.2±12.6) years, younger than those of the other two groups, there being statistical difference(P<0.05). The level of Hcy in Group TT was higher than those of the other two groups, there being statistical difference(P<0.05). Conclusion:CT genotypes in Hulun Buir account for the majority of H-type hypertension patients. The age of Group TT is relatively younger and the Hcy level, which can be effectively reduced by enalapril maleate folic acid tablets, is relatively higher.
