低氧预适应小鼠对免疫器官及非特异免疫细胞的调节作用
Effects of hypoxic preconditioning on immune organs and non-specific immune cells in mice
【摘要】 目的:研究低氧环境对小鼠免疫系统的影响。方法:小鼠通过低氧预适应非低氧暴露(H0),低氧1次(H1)及低氧4次(H4)后,检测低氧对免疫器官及免疫细胞及功能的影响,免疫器官主要检测低氧前、后对胸腺、脾脏指数的影响及血液生化指标的影响,对非特异性免疫细胞巨噬细胞吞噬作用。结果:和H0组小鼠比较,H1和H4组小鼠脾和胸腺指数分别下降(P<0.05);H1、H4组小鼠和H0组比较,血液主要指标为红细胞、中性粒细胞和淋巴细胞减少(P<0.05);H1、H4组小鼠和H0组比较,吞噬细胞百分率下降(P<0.05),吞噬指数升高(P<0.05)。结论:低氧可以抑制小鼠的免疫功能,但小鼠机体免疫系统对低氧有一定适应能力。
【Abstract】 Objective:To study the effect of hypoxia on the immune system of mice. Methods: the effects of hypoxia on immune organs, immune cells and their functions were detected after hypoxic pre adaptation of H0, H1 and H4. The immune organs mainly detected the effects of hypoxia on thymus, spleen index and blood biochemical indexes, and phagocytosis of non-specific immune cells megaphagocytes. Results :the index of spleen and thymus decreased by 11.12 % and 0.5 % respectively, and the phagocytic percentage and index of macrophages decreased by 4.61 % and 0.2 % respectively. The red blood cells decreased by 4.03×1012.L-1 ,3.03×1012 and 3.03 × 1012 when the main indexes of blood were compared, but with the increase of the times of hypoxia, the immunity increased. Conclusion: hypoxia can inhibit the immune function of mice, but the immune system of mice can adapt to hypoxia.
