【摘要】 目的:探究骨增定痛汤联合璃酸钠关节腔注射治疗膝骨关节炎(KOA)的效果及其对骨代谢、血清炎症因子水平的影响。方法:选取2016年6月至2019年6月于我院就诊的130例KOA患者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各65例。对照组予以玻璃酸钠关节腔注射治疗,研究组在对照组的基础上联合骨增定痛汤治疗,观察两组KOA患者膝关节功能改善情况、骨代谢指标及关节液中炎症因子情况。结果:治疗后,观察组VAS评分、Womac评分、Lequesne指数均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组BGP、OPG、BALP水平和HA水平均明显高于对照组(P<0.05),IL-1β、TNF-α、MMP-3均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:骨增定痛汤具有补益肝肾、活血化瘀的作用,玻璃酸钠关节腔注射可以润滑关节、消炎止痛,二者协同治疗,可促进KOA患者骨损伤愈合,降低关节腔内炎症因子水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the effect of Gu Zeng Ding Tong Decoction combined with sodium hyaluronate injection in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis(KOA) and its effect on bone metabolism and serum inflammatory factors. Methods: 130 patients with KOA who were treated in our hospital from June 2016 to June 2019 were selected and divided into control group and observation group, 65 cases in each group, according to the random number table method. The control group was treated with sodium hyaluronate joint cavity injection, and the research group was treated with Gu Zeng Ding Tong Decoction on the basis of the control group. The improvement of knee joint function, bone metabolism indexes and inflammation factors in joint fluid of KOA patients were observed in the two groups. Results: After treatment, the VAS score, Womac score and Lequesne index in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05); the BGP, OPG, BALP levels and HA levels in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). IL-1β, TNF-α and MMP-3 were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Gu Zeng Ding Tong Decoction has the effect of nourishing liver and kidney, promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis. Sodium hyaluronate injection in the joint cavity can lubricate joints, reduce inflammation and relieve pain. The synergistic treatment of the two can promote bone injury healing in KOA patients and reduce inflammatory factors in joint cavity level.更多还原
