以席夫碱构筑的配位簇合物的合成及结构
Synthesis and structure of coordination cluster based on Schiff base
【摘要】 利用溶剂热下的邻香草醛与四乙烯五胺的原位缩合反应,再进一步与稀土离子配位得到了一个新的配合物,通过红外光谱、X-射线单晶衍射等测试方法对其结构进行了分析,结果表明:配合物的分子式为[Tm(L)(NCS)],属于单斜晶系,空间群是P2(1)/n.配合物中存在分子间氢键和分子内氢键,使晶体结构更加稳定.
【Abstract】 One new coordination cluster was prepared by the reaction of metal ion with o-Vanilin, tetraethylenepentamine and associated ligand NaSCN under solvothermal condition. The complex was characterized by infrared spectra and single crystal X-ray diffraction. The structural analysis revealed that the compound is mononuclear [TmIII] with the formula [Tm(L)(NCS)], which crystallizes in monoclinic system with space group P2(1)/n. There are weak intramolecular hydrogen bonds and intermolecular hydrogen bonds in the cluster stabilizing the crystal structure.
