熔盐配比对锂铝硅玻璃化学强化性能的影响

【摘要】 采用二步法化学强化工艺,制备经5组不同配比的混合熔盐化学强化处理的锂铝硅玻璃,研究第一步强化(IOX1)熔盐配比对玻璃化学强化性能的影响。结果表明,随着IOX1熔盐中NaNO3浓度的降低,IOX1处理后表面压应力CS30值和强化膨胀率减小,主要是受熔盐中Na+浓度降低以及Na+/Li+离子交换量减少的影响。随着IOX1熔盐中NaNO3浓度的降低,KNO3浓度的升高,第二步强化(IOX2)后CSK值和DOLK值逐渐增加,表明IOX1在玻璃中形成的高浓度Na+并未促进IOX2中K+/Na+交换量,形成的K+会增加IOX2中K+/Na+交换深度。

【Abstract】 In the present paper,lithium aluminosilicate glasses were chemically tempered in five different ratios of molten salts by two-step tempered process to investigate the effect of ratio of IOX1 mixed molten salts on tempered performance.The experimental results revealed that CS30 value and tempered expansion rate after IOX1 treatment decreased with decreasing NaNO3 concentration in IOX1 salt solutions,that was mainly caused by the decrease of Na+concentration and Na+/Li+ion exchange capacity.CSK and DOLK value gradually increased with decreasing NaNO3 and increasing KNO3 concentration of IOX1 salt solutions,indicating that high Na+ concentration in glass treated in IOX1 doesn’t promote K+/Na+ exchange capacity in IOX2,while K+ in glass treated in IOX1 increases K+/Na+exchange depth after treatment in IOX2.
