Mo/NiTi异种金属激光焊接接头组织及力学性能的研究

【摘要】 目的探索激光焊接对Mo/NiTi异种金属连接的可行性。方法对接头的焊缝成形、微观组织及力学性能进行分析。结果 Mo/NiTi异种金属接头中无裂纹及气孔缺陷形成,焊缝成形良好;熔化区主要由Mo固溶体、(Ti,Mo)固溶体、MoNi3,Ti2Ni及TiNi相构成;由于Mo-Ni和TixNiy的形成,使得熔化区的显微硬度高于接头的其它区域;拉伸结果表明,Mo/NiTi接头的拉伸强度约为423 MPa,但延性较低,断裂于熔化区域。结论激光焊接适合于Mo/NiTi异种金属连接,获得的接头质量较好。

【Abstract】 Purposes—To explore the feasibility of laser welding for Mo/NiTi dissimilar metal connection. Methods—The weld formation, microstructure and mechanical properties of the joints were studied by means of optical microscopy(OM), scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and energy dispersive spectrometer(EDS). Result—There is no cracks and porosity in the Mo/NiTi dissimilar metal joint, the weld formation is good; The fusion zone is mainly composed of Mo-based solid solutions,(Ti, Mo) solid solutions, MoNi3, Ti2Ni and TiNi phases. The microhardness of the fusion zone is significantly higher than other zones due to the formation of Mo-Ni and TixNiy phases; The results show that the tensile strength of Mo/NiTi joint is about 423 MPa, but its ductility is low and it was broken in the melting region. Conclusion—Laser welding is suitable for Mo/NiTi dissimilar metal connection, and the quality of the joint is good.
