我国高校高水平运动员自我管理及自我效能感的中介效应研究
Research on Self-Management and Mediating Effect of Self-Efficacy of High-Level Athletes in Colleges and Universities
【摘要】 随着人本主义理念的兴起,自我管理模式逐渐深入人心。良好的自我管理能力能够帮助高校高水平运动员有效平衡训练、学习和课余生活,促进学习和竞赛成绩的提高,是实现其人生目标和自我价值的必备能力。运用问卷调查、专家访谈等研究方法对我国高校高水平运动员自我管理要素、对态度行为的影响及自我效能感的中介效应等开展研究。结论:我国高校高水平运动员自我管理包括时间管理、学习管理等8个要素;高校高水平运动员态度行为包括离队意愿、训练投入及学校满意度;自我管理对运动员态度行为有着显著影响;自我效能感是自我管理与态度行为的中介变量。本研究旨在为我国高校高水平运动员管理提供理论与实践参考,促进其取得优异成绩,更好完成学业,实现全面发展,为高校更好地培养高水平运动员提供新的方向。
【Abstract】 With the rise of the concept of humanism,the self-management model has gradually become popular among the people.Effective self-management can help high-level athletes in colleges and universities balance training,study and after-school life effectively,promote the improvement of learning and competitive performance.It is an essential ability to achieve their life goals and self-worth.This study focuses on the key factors of self-management,its influence on attitude behavior and the mediating effect of self-efficacy by using the methods of documentation,questionnaire,interview and mathematical statistics.The conclusion is as follows:Self-management of highlevel athletes in colleges and universities in China include eight elements,such as time management and study management;the attitude behavior of high-level athletes in colleges and universities include willingness to leave the team,training involvement,and school satisfaction;self-management has a significant influence on athletes’ attitude behavior;self-efficacy is a meditating variable of self-management and attitude behavior.The purpose of this study is to provide theoretical and practical reference for the management of high-level athletes in China’s colleges and universities,to promote their achievements in their study,better completion of their studies and achieve all-round development,and to provide a new direction for colleges and universities to better train high-level athletes.
