【摘要】 利用复杂系统理论对中国男子篮球职业联赛(CBA)系统的复杂性特征及来源进行阐释,并对当前中国男子篮球职业联赛改革现状进行分析。结果表明:中国男子篮球职业联赛系统是社会复杂巨系统的一部分,当前良好的政治、经济、社会、体育环境为其提供了坚实的发展保障;但由于中国竞技篮球诞生背景与发展逻辑的限制,造成中国竞技篮球众多系统通道堵塞,使得中国男子篮球职业联赛系统还存在"三级培养体系人才培养规模严重不足""体教结合模式形同虚设""俱乐部球员培养私有化特征缺陷明显"等诸多问题,进而导致了该系统供给侧核心产品质量与规模滞后于当前职业体育消费市场的发展需求。建议打通所有中国竞技篮球后备人才培养系统通道,激发中国竞技篮球大系统不同层次主体的利益需求动机;加强中国男子篮球职业联赛选秀制度建设,扩容联赛球队数量,授权俱乐部部分商务运营权;加强各级竞技篮球系统的软硬件建设,扩大后备人才基础培养体系规模等。更多还原

【Abstract】 The complex system theory is adopted to explain the complex characteristics and sources of the China Basketball Assoication(CBA) League, and analyze the current reform of the CBA League. The results show that the CBA League system is part of the social complex system. At present, the favorable political, economic, social and sports environment provide a solid guarantee for its development; However, due to the limitations of the origin and development logic of China’s competitive basketball, many channels of China’s competitive basketball system are blocked, which makes the CBA League system still has many problems, such as the serious shortage of personnel training scale in the three-level training system, the virtual combination of sports and education mode, and the obvious defects in the privatization characteristics of club player training, which have resulted in the quality and scale of the core products on the supply side of the system lagging behind the development demand of the current professional sports consumption market. It is suggested that all channels of reserve talents training system of China’s competitive basketball should be opened to stimulate the interest demand motivation of different levels of subjects in the large system of China’s competitive basketball; the construction of talent selection system of the CBA League should be strengthened, the number of league teams should be expanded, some business operation rights of the clubs should be authorized; the construction of software and hardware of all levels of competitive basketball system should be strengthened, and the scale of reserve talents basic training system should be expanded.更多还原
