【摘要】 以中央国术馆招生制度为研究对象,运用文献资料法以各类民国史料为论证依据,以招生类型演变的考证梳理为切入点,从招生类型设置、招生管理、报名条件、考试内容、录取方式5个方面对其进行系统研究。以补正廓清中央国术馆招生史实,从源头上加深对武术与民族传统体育专业招生发展规律的认识,为解决当前招生困境提供借鉴。研究认为:1)中央国术馆招生类型主要分为师资培养和民众普及2大类别,前者包括教授班、初级教授班、女子国术教授班和师范班,后者包括民众练习班、国术研究班、女子练习班和假期练习班。2)招生制度方面,招生管理经历大学院阶段和教育部阶段,国民政府对其施行指导性管理原则;报名条件分教授班、初级教授班和师范班3个阶段,呈现出规范化和严格化的演变特点;考试内容设置历经4个阶段演化,形成"学术并重"的考试特点;录取方式则经历私人推荐+考试入学、官方保送、官方保送+考试入学3个阶段的发展。3)建议高校武术与民族传统体育专业招生应借鉴其因时制宜的变革精神,标本兼治,从"落实武术段位制报考资格审查标准,实现多元入学"和"修改专业课程体系,改变人才技能结构"2个方面解决招生困境。更多还原

【Abstract】 The study takes the enrollment system of the Central Guoshu Academy as the research object, uses the method of documentation and various historical materials as the demonstration basis, and takes the examination card sorting of the evolution of enrollment types as the starting point, and conducts a systematic study from five aspects: enrollment type setting, enrollment management, enrollment eligibility, examination and admission methods. In order to correct and clarify the historical facts of the enrollment of the Central Guoshu Academy, deepen the understanding of the enrollment development laws of martial arts and traditional Chinese sports from the source, and provide reference for solving the current enrollment dilemma.The results are as follows: 1) the enrollment types of Central Guoshu Academy are mainly divided into two categories: teacher training and popular education. The former includes teaching classes, primary teaching classes, women’s martial arts teaching classes and normal classes, while the latter includes public practice classes, martial arts research classes, women’s practice classes and holiday practice classes. 2) In terms of enrollment system, enrollment management goes through the stages of universities and colleges and the Ministry of Education, and the National Government implements guiding management principles for them. The enrollment conditions are divided into three stages: teaching class, junior teaching class and normal class, showing the evolution characteristics of standardization and strictness. The examination setting has undergone four stages of evolution, forming the examination feature of "paying equal attention to academic research". The admission method has gone through three stages of development: private recommendation and examination admission, official walk-in, official walk-in and examination admission. 3) It is suggested that the enrollment of martial arts and traditional Chinese sports in colleges and universities should learn from the spirit of change that is suitable for the time, address both the symptoms and root causes, and solve the enrollment dilemma from two aspects: "implementing the qualification examination standard of Wushu rank system, realizing multiple enrollment" and "revising the professional curriculum system, changing the talent skill structure".更多还原
