超声波协同纳米催化剂降黏实验研究
Experimental Study of Viscosity Reduction of Heavy Oil by Nano Catalyst assisted with Ultrasonic Wave
【摘要】 为了探索超声波和纳米催化剂共同作用下稠油的降黏规律,通过单因素实验和响应面实验的方法研究了纳米催化剂种类及质量分数、超声波功率以及反应时间对稠油降黏的影响,并通过Design-Expert软件对实验结果进行响应面分析。结果表明,在实验条件下,超声波和纳米催化剂能产生协同降黏效果,在1#催化剂质量分数为0.9%、超声波功率为240W、超声波处理时间为3min时,实验油样的降黏率达到最大,超声波处理时间和催化剂质量分数之间的相互作用对降黏率的影响较大。
【Abstract】 In order to study the viscosity reduction of heavy oil under ultrasonic wave and nano-catalyst,the influence factors about type and concentration of nano-catalyst,power and reaction time of ultrasonic were studied by using the methods of single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment in the paper.The results were analyzed by using the Design-Expert software,which showed that ultrasonic wave and nano catalyst could promote each other to reduce the viscosity of heavy oil under the experimental conditions.The viscosity reduction rate of the oil sample reached the maximum at 1#catalyst concentration of 0.9%,ultrasonic power of 240 W and ultrasonic treatment time of 3 minutes.The interaction between ultrasonic processing time and catalyst concentration have bigger influence on the viscosity.
