【摘要】 大学生自愿成立支教组织奔赴贫困山区开展教书育人活动,以向善而生的青春力量体现当代青年的责任与担当。国家政策呼吁和倡导、新媒体宣传、学校教育启发和社团管理是孕育自发性支教意识的外部环境。自信和善爱的利他心理、奉献者身份构建以及对于支教印象的模糊美化影响着大学生自发性支教意识的萌发。大学生自发性支教自组织模式包括"夹缝求生型"、"自力更生型"和"出类拔萃型",在经历开放、整合、反馈的自组织过程中形成包容、利他、奉献导向的自组织文化,并在不同的自组织程度下贯穿于支教行动策略中。应通过提高大学生自发性支教组织的开放程度、加强组织内外部整合力度,健全内部治理,提高外部协同,实现支教效果提升,推动大学生自发性支教的可持续发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 College and university students set up their volunteer teaching organizations spontaneously and by their own volition, and they go to the impoverished mountainous areas to carry out teaching and educating activities, so as to reflect responsibility of contemporary young students with their charity-oriented youthful strength. The proposals and suggestions in state policy, publicity via new media, the aspiration of school education, and the administration of social organizations serve as the external environment of emergence of spontaneous awareness of voluntary teaching. Identity construction of devotees and vague beautification of teaching also affect the emergence of willingness. In process of self-organization of opening, integration and feedback, self-supporting organizations form inclusive, altruistic and dedication oriented organizational culture, which runs through action strategies of supporting education at different levels of self-organization. Its self-organization types mainly include "crack survival", "self-reliance" and "outstanding". Combined with characteristics of self-organizing mechanism, We should improve degree of organizational openness, to strengthen internal and external integration of organization by improving the internal mechanism, also strengthen external coordination, creating brand group activities to improve quality of volunteer teaching, aims to promote sustainable development of voluntary teaching organizations.更多还原
