姜黄素对糖尿病模型大鼠炎症反应改善作用的实验研究
An Experimental Study of Curcumin on Inflammatory Response in Diabetic Rats
【摘要】 目的观察姜黄素对糖尿病大鼠炎症反应的改善作用。方法 55只雄性Wistar大鼠分为对照组、糖尿病模型组、姜黄素组,检测各组大鼠体重、肾脏指数、血糖、血肌酐、尿素氮、白细胞介素6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)、单核细胞趋化蛋白1(MCP-1)和24 h尿微量白蛋白排泄率(urine albumin excretion ratio,UAER)水平。结果与正常对照组比较,糖尿病模型组大鼠的体重减轻(P<0.01),肾脏指数、血糖、血肌酐、尿素氮、IL-6、TNF-α和MCP-1水平和24 h UAER水平显著升高(P<0.01);与糖尿病模型组比较,姜黄素组体重升高(P<0.01),肾脏指数、血糖、血肌酐、尿素氮、IL-6、TNF-α和MCP-1水平和24 h UAER水平显著降低(P<0.05或P<0.01);炎症因子IL-6、TNF-α和MCP-1水平和24h UAER有很好的相关性(P<0.01),相关系数r分别为0.727、0.687、0.632。结论姜黄素对糖尿病大鼠炎症反应有显著的改善作用,其对糖尿病治疗作用机制可能通过降低血糖、抑制炎症反应有关。
【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the protective effects of curcumin on inflammatory response in diabetic rats.Methods 55 male Wistar rats were randomly divided into the control group, diabetic model group and curcumin group. The body weight, kidney index, blood glucose, serum creatinine, urea nitrogen, IL-6,TNF-α,MCP-1 and 24-hour urinary microalbumin excretion rate(24 h UAER) of rats in each group were measured.Results Compared with the control group, the levels of the body weight decreased significantly(P<0.01), while kidney index, blood glucose, serum creatinine, urea nitrogen, IL-6, TNF-α, MCP-1 and 24 h UAER in the diabetic model group increased significantly(P < 0.01). Compared with diabetic model group, the level of the body weight increased significantly(P < 0.01), while kidney index, blood glucose, serum creatinine, urea nitrogen, IL-6, TNF-α,MCP-1 and 24 h UAER in the curcumin group decreased significantly(P < 0.05 or P < 0.01). The levels of IL-6,TNF-α and MCP-1 were positively correlated with the level of 24 h UAER(P < 0.01, r=0.727, 0.687, 0.632, respectively).Conclusion Curcumin can alleviate inflammatory response in diabetic rat model. The mechanism is through decreasing blood glucose and inhibiting inflammatory response.
