突发性耳聋患者血清CysC、ET-1表达与血流动力学及听力预后的相关性研究

【摘要】 目的检测突发性耳聋患者血清胱抑素C(CysC)、内皮素-1(ET-1)水平,探讨血清CysC、ET-1水平与血流动力学及听力预后的相关性。方法选取2016年9月至2017年6月本院收治的突发性耳聋患者80例作为观察组,选取同期入院体检的正常志愿者60例作为对照组。采用酶联免疫吸附(ELISA)法检测血清中CysC、ET-1水平;比较突发性耳聋患者与正常志愿者以及突发性耳聋患者治疗前后血清CysC、ET-1水平及血流动力学指标差异;Pearson法分析血清CysC、ET-1水平与血流动力学的相关性;分析血清CysC、ET-1水平与听力预后的关系。结果与对照组相比,观察组血清CysC、ET-1水平、全血高切黏度(HSV)、低切黏度(LSV)、血浆黏度(PV)水平显著升高,且观察组治疗后较治疗前降低(P<0.05)。血清CysC、ET-1与HSV、LSV、PV均呈正相关(r=0.507、0.591、0.538、0.489、0.563、0.520,P<0.05)。血清CysC、ET-1高表达患者预后效果较差(P<0.05)。结论突发性耳聋患者血清CysC、ET-1水平呈高表达,治疗后水平明显降低,且与血流动力学指标呈正相关,高表达者听力预后效果较差。

【Abstract】 Objective To detect the levels of serum cystatin C(CysC) and endothelin-1(ET-1) in patients with sudden deafness, and to explore the correlations between serum CysC, ET-1 levels and hemodynamics, hearing prognosis.Methods A total of 80 patients with sudden deafness in our hospital from September, 2016 to June, 2017 were selected as the observation group. At the same time, 60 normal volunteers were selected as the control group. Enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) was used to detect the levels of CysC and ET-1 in serum. The serum CysC, ET-1 levels and hemodynamic indexes between patients with sudden deafness and normal volunteers, as well as those of patients with sudden deafness, before and after treatment were compared. Pearson method was used to analyze the correlation between serum CysC, ET-1 levels and hemodynamics. Furthermore, the relationship between serum CysC, ET-1 levels and hearing prognosis was analyzed.Results Compared with those in the control group, the levels of CysC and ET-1 in serum and high shear viscosity(HSV), low shear viscosity(LSV), plasma viscosity(PV) of the observation group were significantly higher, and the observation group decreased after treatment compared with before treatment(P<0.05). Serum CysC and ET-1 levels were positively correlated with HSV, LSV and PV(r=0.507, 0.591, 0.538, 0.489, 0.563, 0.520, P<0.05). Patients with high serum CysC and ET-1 expressions had poor prognosis(P<0.05).Conclusion The serum CysC and ET-1 levels in patients with sudden deafness show high expressions, which are significantly decreased after treatment, and are positively correlated with hemodynamic indexes. The hearing prognosis of patients with high expression of CysC and ET-1 is poor.
