浊漳河流域水环境风险区划研究

【摘要】 根据环境风险区划理论,借鉴国内有关流域环境风险评估与管理实践经验,构建了浊漳河流域水环境风险区划指标体系。指标体系由环境风险源、风险控制机制和风险受体等三方面系统因素和10项指标构成。运用该指标体系,将浊漳河流域划分为高、中、低、极低环境风险区,为同类流域水环境风险防控和应急管理提供了借鉴和参考。

【Abstract】 Based on the theory of environmental risk regionalization, the index system of water environmental risk regionalization in Zhuozhang River Basin is constructed by referring to the practical experience of basin environmental risk assessment and management in China. The index system is composed of environmental risk source, risk control mechanism and risk receptor and 10 indicators. Using this index system, Zhuozhang River Basin is divided into high, medium, low and very low environmental risk areas, which provides reference for the prevention and control of water environmental risk and emergency management of similar basins.
