【摘要】 BiScO3-PbTiO3(BSPT)是一种新型钙钛矿结构压电材料,兼具高居里温度、高压电活性的优点,可用于构建高温极端环境中工作的高性能压电器件.结合本课题组的研究工作,从晶体结构、改性方法、制备技术等方面评述了BSPT材料的研究进展,重点阐述了不同材料体系的组分设计思路及相关高温压电器件应用,并对其发展方向进行了展望.

【Abstract】 BiScO3-PbTiO3(BSPT) is a new type of piezoelectric material with perovskite structure, which has the advantages of high Curie temperature and high piezoelectric properties, and can be used to build high-performance piezoelectric devices that work in extremely high temperature environments. In this paper, the research advances of BSPT-based materials were reviewed based on our group’s work from the aspects of crystal structure, modification method, and preparation technology. The composition design strategies of different systems and the application of high-temperature piezoelectric devices were emphasized, and their development directions are prospected.
